What To Expect

 After our first session, you'll discuss what brought you to therapy including your history, needs strengths and goals. You can talk about your family patterns, what efforts you’ve made to address problems and what may be keeping you stuck. During ongoing sessions, we will evaluate your effort, progress and identify tools that you can use in between sessions, to keep you on track. Healing requires a comprehensive approach that requires movement, good sleep hygiene, meaningful work, exploring new information, and social connections. You’ll have my support with identifying realistic next steps.
